Georgian salad prepared on the basis of boiled beef with the addition of red beans, fried eggplants, sweet peppers, red onions, spicy chili peppers, fresh herbs and walnut crumbs. The salad is dressed with aromatic Kakhetian oil with the addition of wine vinegar, Shereuli spices and Svan salt.
