Ingredients
Vegetable broth with the addition of coconut milk, lemongrass, lime juice, garlic, a little soy sauce, red curry, lime leaves (remove after cooking), ginger root, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, champignon mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and hot capsicum. Serve with Basmati rice. Decorate with cilantro.
