Tender lean veal is stewed in a cast-iron pan in its own juice, to which tomatoes, sweet paprika, garlic, onions and red adjika are added. Shereuli, a traditional Georgian spice with a rich spicy taste and aroma, gives a special aroma and taste to veal.
