Salad with crispy eggplant is one of our guests' favorite dishes.
Eggplants are deep-fried, combined with pink tomatoes and cream cheese (cream cheese). The salad is dressed with a mix of sesame and sunflower grains, sesame oil, which enhances and reveals the bright aroma of fresh mint, cilantro, red basil with the addition of sweet chili sauce.
