A traditional Georgian dish made from pieces of juicy chicken thighs on the bone, fried until golden brown over high heat, with tomatoes, chopped herbs, onions and spicy Abkhaz spices. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh cilantro. Can't be made less sharp.
