Traditional Uzbek cuisine is a hearty and fresh Yangilik salad. The salad is based on fresh greenhouse cucumbers, ripe pink tomatoes, sweet paprika, peppers and a bouquet of fragrant greens, filled with refined olive oil. The salad completes a generous amount of baked beef.
