Rice Devzira (long-grain rice, the color varies from pink to dark brown - the best variety for cooking pilaf), lamb, tail fat, carrots, onions, garlic, spices (barberry, cumin). Served with fresh vegetables (Baku tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions) or pickles (lightly salted tomatoes, lightly salted cucumber, wild garlic), fried garlic is also laid out on top.
