Mousse based on cream, gelatin, mango puree, milk, vanilla, chicken egg, sugar, cottage cheese and lemon fresh with a filling of cream, white chocolate, butter and lemon fresh. Served on crumble land. Decorated with popcorn and fresh tarragon.
