Half duck is marinated with soy sauce, sweet chile sauce and orange juice, then sous-cooked for 12 hours. Later smeared with BBQ sauce and Sweet chile and baked until golden brown. Served with stewed sauerkraut with apple and tomato paste. Garnished with green onions.
