Spicy salmon and eel are laid out on a pad of rice, wrapped in nori seaweed and baked under cheese sauce (Gouda Cheese, Masago, Unagi Sauce, Cream Cheese). When recovered, pour over Unagi sauce and sprinkle with sesame.
