Tender veal is cooked in a cast-iron frying pan in its own juice, to which tomatoes, sweet paprika, garlic, onions and red adzhika are added. The special aroma and taste of veal is given by shereuli, a traditional Georgian spice with a rich pungent taste and aroma.
