A salad of ripe tomatoes with the addition of coriander, parsley and dill and fragrant baked paprika with a dressing based on Kakheti oil with a drop of balsamic vinegar, red onion, Strachatella cheese is also added, red caviar and trout are laid out on top. The salad is decorated with thick nut butter and watercress.
